​I have been with Venturi since January 2022, I felt like my existing skillset would suit recruitment perfectly. I wanted to work at Venturi because I immediately got the feeling that they really care about employees more than other places I had looked at seemed to. Since starting I have been trained by some industry leaders, it's given me a great start in my recruitment career.
