I joined Venturi in June 2016, I was fresh out of university and I wanted the opportunity to work in an industry where "you get out what you put in" and I felt it lent itself well to my skills and passion for being a "people person". It's a competitive, sociable environment and the chance to progress is limitless. Since joining, Venturi has given me multiple platforms to progress to the next stage as well (somewhat!) master the art of recruitment and then manage/mentor a wonderful team
It's hard to say what the best part of working here is, I would chalk it down to a number of things; the people, money, opportunities and the chance to personally grow as well as help others do the same. I'm motivated by knowing that improving myself professionally gives me the opportunity for more options in life - recruitment is brilliant for this.
