​I started working at Venturi back in September 2021, after working in accounting for 4 years I realised that I wanted a career that dealt with people more, somewhere where I could see the positive change I would be making. I met with a few recruitment companies before settling on Venturi, the overall vibe of the office was so welcoming and there was a clear vision, I knew they would help to train and develop me for the future.

Venturi has allowed me to progress at my own pace through their dedicated training academy, they've given me all the tools I need in order to Put People First and find the perfect role for them. Instead of sitting down next to someone and shadowing them, I get regular 121s with industry experts who give regular impromptu training sessions.

My proudest achievement so far is winning Top Biller for the Delivery Team and Rookie of the Month company-wide in the same month. Being top biller and rookie of the month for the first time in the company history is a testament to the training provided by Venturi
