POSITION TITLE:  Director, Technology Contract Division

 •   Lead, manage and grow the technology contract division, including developing and implementing recruitment and business development strategies;
•   Evaluate recruitment and selection criteria to ensure compliance with professional and testing standards and recommend changes where necessary;
•   Build, manage and grow a high performing team of recruitment consultants, including managing their recruiting, hiring, firing, induction, training and development;
•   Mentor and support consultants in their understanding of their individual and team targets, business development, client engagement, company’s policies, procedures and CRM system, and the technology recruitment market sector;
•   Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute account plans to develop new business;
•   Manage international relationships with clients within the technology industry, and understand their staffing needs;
•   Manage the full recruitment cycle for both candidates and clients, from candidate sourcing and interviewing, to negotiating and closing job offers, and dealing with post-interview matters;
•   Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using a wide variety of resources such as computer databases, online recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs and employee referrals;
•   Set and manage targets for his team members, define long-term business objectives for the team, and manage budgets and resources for the team;
•   Maintain, develop and manage a portfolio of strategically important accounts, developing a contact base for the technology market sector;
•   Communicate and discuss with management any internal challenges, such as performance-related issues and candidate short market, and support consultants through these challenges;
•   Utilize advanced networking skills, both digitally and by attendance of industry events, seminars, client hosted events and socials to widen candidate and client pool

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field plus three years of full-time work experience as Recruitment consultant or in occupations involving recruitment management, technology consulting or related occupations. Alternatively, we will accept one year of experience for each year lacking toward completion of a 4-year bachelor’s degree.

Experience to include:
1) Experience using a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system within the recruitment consultancy field, such as Bullhorn;
2) Experience of sourcing and placing professionals within the international technology industry;
3) Experience in account management for large, international clients within the technology industry;
4) Experience of working in contract staffing within the international technology industry;
5) Establishing and growing recruitment teams and desks;
6) New business development and maintaining relationships with key clients.

RATE OF PAY: $158,496 per year
