After the huge success of the inaugural Manchester Tech Festival in October 2022, Venturi pledged to return in 2023 as a founding sponsor again. Supporting the local community is something we are incredibly passionate about, having partnered with local charities such as The Wellspring in Stockport, supporting the tech community makes perfect sense.
Not content with simply supporting the Manchester Tech Festival financially, Venturi are also proud to offer our time, with Brad Lamb our MD speaking at the Leadership day as well as Hannah Adeyemi and Jack Rainbow both speaking on Diversity & Inclusion panels. Alongside sponsoring the Manchester Tech Festival, we are proud to support their sister not-for-profit organisation Techs and The City.
We look forward to next year's festival already and are excited to see the different ways we can support our local tech community and meeting everyone who lives and breathes tech in and around Manchester.
We asked Amy Newton, Manchester Tech Festival founder for a quote:
“Venturi’s support has been absolutely instrumental in the launch of the inaugural Manchester Tech Festival. Brad Lamb, MD, has been incredibly generous with his team’s time over the years to help promote the diverse, marginalised population within the tech community in the region. Notably, by supporting Holly Jones, Hannah Adeyemi, Jack Rainbow and Mark Tipping to give their time for not only the Festival but also our sister not-for-profit organisation Techs and The City. I could not be more delighted to be partnering with an ethical tech recruitment consultancy like Venturi, who have long enjoyed a well-deserved reputation as a supplier that is expert, trusted, and operates with the highest level of integrity. Here’s to accomplishing some great things in 2023!”
