We know that workplace culture is one of the most important aspects for a new hire when joining a company, that's why we have spent a lot of time cultivating ours into something that we know everyone will enjoy. We're all a very friendly group, eager to help each other out where we can. After all, you can't raise yourself up by putting someone else down.
We believe that hard work should pay off, that's why we operate on an uncapped commission model. But the rewards go beyond that, each month we host a Lunch Club for any consultants who hit their targets, with an all-expenses-paid lunch in a top restaurant and half a day off, we also host Super-Trips for our consultants who hit their yearly targets, previous trips have been to Ibiza, Vegas, The South of France & more! There's always an incentive to push towards for a target-driven consultant.
We have a crystal clear progression structure for all consultants, from trainee all the way to director.
